Description

Receiver for Windows 4.11 is the latest version of Citrix Receiver for Windows. Note: Citrix recommends that you download the latest version of Citrix Workspace app.
Beginning August 2018, Citrix Receiver will be replaced by Citrix Workspace app. While you can still download older versions of Citrix Receiver, new features and enhancements will only be released in Citrix Workspace app.
How to use Citrix Receiver
To download and install Citrix Receiver, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Citrix website and click on the “Downloads” link at the top of the page.
2. Under “Receiver for Windows,” click on the “Download” button.
3. Run the downloaded file and follow the prompts to install Citrix Receiver on your computer.
4. Once installation is complete, launch Citrix Receiver from your Start menu.
5. Enter the address of your company’s Citrix server and then log in with your username and password when prompted.

Run the CitrixReceiver.exe file that downloads
1. Download Citrix Receiver for Windows (CitrixReceiver.exe) from Citrix Downloads.
2. Log onto the client device with administrator privilege.
3. You can install the Citrix Workspace app either by: Downloading the CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe installation package from the Download page or opening the CitrixReceiver.dmg file and selecting Uninstall Citrix Receiver.
4. Follow the prompts to uninstall. Optionally, if this un/re-install is due to Citrix errors, you can download and run the receiverconfig.cr file, which is identical to the run CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe /RCU /Silent or CitrixReceiver.exe /RCU command line switches./silent.
